During the reading week I took the opportunity to finalise some previous study work as well as spending more time on reading. I have had "design of everyday things" by Don Norman on my to-read list for a long time. In other words - this was a good opportunity to work through it.

A few topics stood out to me. Many comments and example I were familiar with, I have heard them throgh wor dof mouth through design school and also in my professional life. I will state a few of the key take aways below.
